Floozie Stuffed Cookies Breaking Into Southern California
London’s favorite vegan stuffed cookies are heading to the US for expansion. According to a report by QSR, franchising partner Oakscale will lead the brands’ plans for growth, beginning in Southern California.
Launched by Chef Kimberly Lin in 2020, Floozie Cookies got its start as a pop-up in London’s Covent Garden. “Sharing the Fun of Cookies” with great success on social media, the brand launched a successful delivery service and upgraded to a flagship store in its original Covent Garden home.
Floozie Cookies joined forces with TGP International to bring brick-and-mortar shops to Dubai and through a new partnership with Oakscale, will add new franchise locations in the US.
“This is a powerful partnership,” says Oakscale founder/CEO Joshua Kovacs in a press release. “TGP is expert at turning food and beverage brands into successful restaurant concepts and has made great strides with Floozie Cookies in England and other international markets. We excel at selling franchises in the United States. By combining our efforts, we can build on the great foundation that Floozie Cookies has established overseas and bring an exciting new offering to cookie-loving consumers and franchise investors seeking an out-of-the-ordinary concept.”
Floozie’s signature flavors include Cinnamon Crunch, Chocolate Chunk, Peanut Butter and Jam, Celebration Cookies, plus seasonal cookie releases. Their handmade cookies are 100% vegan, with gluten-free options available. Beverage offerings include the Floozie Cremes, an oat-milk-based iced drink in flavors like strawberry, chocolate, and salted pistachio.
Oakscale’s VP of Development Ryan Durishin will pave the way for Floozie Cookies’ growth in North America. Durishin brings to Oakscale his experience in restaurant franchise sales, previously working with Fransmart.
Lucky for Southern Californians, Oakscale’s first development deal will reportedly bring the first Floozie Cookies to the region to start. Get to know Floozie Cookies by visiting their website and follow on Facebook.
